The villa - Villa Babbelien
On a nice quiet place, higher than the village, in a closed area and a south-facing slope, with no through traffic and within walking distance (700m) from the charming wine village of Hérépian in the valley of the River Orb in Languedoc, you can find our modern villa.
This villa of Belgian owners has a Provencal modern architecture with heated swimming pool, double glazing, electric shutters and is fully insulated.
Front of the house to the living room and kitchen is also a south facing terrace of 35 m². At the front door is a balcony of 4.2 m².
Also on the front is the heated swimming pool with underwater lighting and it has a beautiful unobstructed distant view from the south-facing terrace.
Everything is provided for an occupancy of 2 to 8 people (chairs, garden furniture, parasols, barbeque).
The pool is equipped with an automatic shutter (highest security standard according to the French legislation).
